Full Time Unpaid Internship
Corporate Communications at 20th Century Fox is responsible for all internal and external communications strategies for the film studio worldwide.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative assistance whenever necessary – including phone coverage, compiling meeting notes, etc.
• Responsible for sending out a daily corporate newsletter to subscribing employees
• Update and maintain corporate documents, calendars and awards related documents
• Assist in logistical execution of screenings and corporate events, including managing RSVPs
• Assist with managing the Fox Awards phone line
• Contribute to additional projects on an as-needed basis
Qualifications:
• To be considered, you must be a full-time student currently enrolled as a Junior or Senior in an undergraduate program
• Previous Public Relations/ Marketing intern experience preferred
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills as well as interpersonal skills
• Must be highly proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Ability to maintain highly confidential information and handle sensitive situations with confidence is crucial
• Must be extremely detail-oriented and possess strong multi-tasking and teamwork skills
• Ability to exude a professional demeanor is a must
To participate in Fox's Internship program you must meet the following criteria:
• Applicants must be enrolled full-time in an undergraduate degree program at an accredited university and be sophomore status or above.
• Be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship by the Company.
• Housing is not provided, so please have a housing option guaranteed before applying.
