Full Time Job
FOX Sports is looking for a Senior Coordinator of Programming & Logistics to join the team in Los Angeles. As the Senior Coordinator, you will create, distribute, and assign commercial formats for FOX, FS1, FS2, and FOX Sports on SiriusXM. Additionally, you will support the Manager of Programming & Logistics to coordinate the delivery of externally supplied programs for FOX Sports, FS1, FS2, FOX Soccer Plus and FOX Sports Racing. Responsibilities include, making sure that all formats are within our contracts with partners and satisfy sales and production needs and communicating format parameters to all stakeholders as well as, overseeing the day-to-day delivery operations, planning, and scheduling of VOD for FOX Sports.
A SNAPSHOT OF RESPONSIBILITIES
• Create commercial formats for all live and taped programming
• Assign formats in VPS for FS1, FS2, and FOX Sports on SiriusXM primary and contingency logs - work with commercial administration to ensure that the log times out and arrange for cutdowns of taped programming
• Develop, create, and implement the video-on-demand (VOD) and electronic sell through planning calendar for FOX Sports Media Group
• Oversee day-to-day delivery of all delayed programs airing on FOX Sports, FS1, and FS2
• Assist with Programming & Research website and other administrative tasks
• Collaborate on deliverables tracking of screeners, masters, and music cue sheets to ensure air dates and quality standards are upheld
• Provide metadata and artwork to Tubi and other emerging platforms and other department support
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• 2+ years of experience in television or sports
• Thorough understanding of the post-production process and a working knowledge of the television industry and the various functions of a network
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required - including good presentation skills
• Superior organization skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under changing priorities and daily time constraints
• Basic production and post-production knowledge as well as basic knowledge of all the major sports

• Knowledge of sports and experience with live and delayed programming
• Bachelor's degree
• Previous experience with program scheduling software or databases
