Fox Business and the Talent Development team are looking for a Programming & Executive Assistant. Every day – we strive to bring unique and aspirational ideas to the viewers. We have the most compelling storytellers to help shepherd those ideas from inception through execution to all of the platforms at Fox News Media. We are looking for a passionate and talented person to complement the team and be a genuine stakeholder in all we do. This is a critical role with a wide range of responsibilities.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Providing full administrative support while managing daily operations
• Managing complex calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings
• Serving as the liaison and gatekeeper to internal and external stakeholders including talent, staff, agents, and production companies
• Creating and editing talent and programming schedules; working closely with the talent, showrunners, and upper management
• Handling audio/visual video conferencing and teleconferencing requests
• Manage all aspects of business travel, travel agendas, and process expense reports
• Plan and coordinate team staff meetings, events, and branded programming events including off-sites
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• A highly professional demeanor, positive outlook, and a can-do attitude
• Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize and juggle numerous projects and deadlines in an extremely fast-paced environment
• Strong editorial judgment
• Ability to handle confidential information with absolute discretion
• Prioritize conflicting needs and handle matters proactively
• Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule and be available on holidays, weekends, and during breaking news when needed
• Bachelor's degree and or relevant work experience
• This is not a remote opportunity and is based in New York
