FOX Sports is currently seeking a Media Administrator to join our team in Los Angeles. As our Media Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and organizing media coming in and out of our MAM to support the Production and Post Production of FOX Sports. You will ensure that proper workflow is being followed and execute tasks such as creating records, reviewing FOX Sports assets for long-term archive, and fulfilling drive assignments for Production. Other duties will include clipping and applying metadata to library assets and troubleshooting/assisting production when applicable.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure all necessary records are brought into Dalet
• Execute retention policies to organize the short and long-term digital library
• Complete client requests in a timely manner
• Complete tasks that are assigned to them in iNews
• Clip and apply metadata for archived assets
• Fulfill drive assignment requests for Production
• Keep Production informed of pertinent files that are archived on a weekly basis
• Communicate with Production, Post Production, and the Assignment Desk to ensure all workflows are appropriately executed
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• 1+ years of digital media experience
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to learn and adapt to various situations, possess strong initiative and determination
• Capability to work weekends and holidays if needed
NICE TO HAVE BUT NOT A DEAL BREAKER
• Bachelor's Degree
