Full Time Job
Contract Management
• Manage creation of availability notices for current clients and new title availability lists for new clients with respect to feature films and television series.
• Monitor rights clearance analysis via internal systems to identify media, territory, and language restrictions for titles included on availability lists.
• Oversee fulfillment of contractual obligations and ensure that necessary notifications are delivered to clients
• Research qualifying criteria for the inclusion of product.
• Input licenses into the system with correct categorization, rights and fees.
• Liaise with licensees to ensure correct selection of MFT, NTR, library or series volume.
Client Management
• Coordinate client requests for changes to availability dates with rights clearance, home entertainment and other television media sales.
• Ensure that special promotion and/or programming needs are accommodated for licensees.
• Direct accounting and material requests to appropriate staff and ensure completion of request.
• Initiate and/or approve sales orders in sales system.
• Verify product categorization and licensee fee allocations in the system.
• Oversee maintenance of library product to ensure Fox can fulfill its contractual obligations.
Other
• New deal review.
• Fiscal planning.
The position requires an extremely capable individual who is motivated, tactful and able to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships. Candidates must also possess the following skills:
• Minimum 4 years television distribution experience
• Highly organized and extremely detail oriented
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with priority demands
• Emphasis on customer service
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
