We have a great opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Executive Assistant. In this exciting role, you are the point person for all administrative needs of the office. You are the team's liasion to building and IT to manage building and tech issues. to As the Executive Assistant, you provide executive and administrative support to the executive team.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage a variety of projects for the executive team
Answer phones, prepare expense reports, coordinate travel
Organize lists and invites for client events
Prepare and update Power Point Presentations, Word documents and Excel charts
Respond to Executives' inquiries as appropriate
Anticipate and prepare executive's daily schedule of meetings and priorities
Maintain confidentially at all times
Provide administrative support for three Department Managers and their teams
Schedule internal and external sales and marketing meetings and conference calls
Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, team off-sites, client meetings and interviews
Onboard the team's new hires to ensure all tech and supply needs are available day one
Maintain office supplies by checking inventory, anticipating needed supplies, and placing orders with Facilities
Special projects as needed
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
At least 5 years' Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Power Point and Outlook
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with ability to interface with executives, assistants and other internal and external constituents
Ability to multitask and respond quickly to changing priorities
Proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Professional phone and email etiquette
College grad preferred
Must be polished and professional
