FOX Sports is looking for an Executive Assistant, Talent Relations & Strategy/Analytics to join their team in Los Angeles, CA. As the Executive Assistant, Talent Relations & Strategy/Analytics you will be responsible for providing administrative support to an Executive Vice President and Senior Vice President.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist high-level executives in maintaining daily schedules, phones, handling confidential company information, documents, and matters requiring executive approval
• Assist in daily operations, including coordinating appointments, scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, expense reports, and reviewing correspondence to assist in establishing department priorities
• Provide support as needed for members of Talent Relations & Strategy/Analytics teams as needed
• Handle large volume and extensive interactions with co-workers, high-level management, and on-air talent
• Provide daily summaries of lengthy internal reports
• Work with research staff, talent office, and production to arrange and carry out all services
• Work to support the research and talent teams in any areas necessary
• Handle day-to-day telephone communications
• Manage busy schedule, including setting meetings and tracking calendar via Outlook
• Book and manage travel
• Handle highly confidentially material in a secure and professional manner
• Communicate with executives, agencies, and talent
• Create and track expense reports
• Process invoices accurately
• Order office supplies
• Create presentation materials using PowerPoint and Excel
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• Prior office or internship experience
• English required, secondary language(s) a plus
• Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills
• Superior attention to detail and written communication
• The ability to multitask, work effectively under daily time constraints, and use discretion in managing sensitive communications and business relationships

• Bachelor's degree
