Twentieth Television is looking for a strategic, motivated Administrative Assistant for our New York office. In this role you will:
• Provide high level administrative support to EVP, Media Sales and other Sales Executives responsible for sale of Fox shows in over 200 U.S. markets.
• Answer (high volume) calls and maintain (complex calendars).
• Manage executives' expenses, travel arrangements, executive and department calendars, meeting preparations, responding to inquiries and phone calls, human resource documentation, and internship applications and training
• Demonstrate ongoing client relationship management and ensure superior customer service experiences
• Create and write presentations for client meetings using PowerPoint, Slide Rocket, Custom Show, and Photoshop
• Coordinate and plan large company special events and conferences hosting top executives and clients
• Manage Ad Sales website by regularly updating approved users, research, descriptions, and presentational content
• Conduct brand research that identifies areas of business opportunities and write summaries for Sales Executives
• Collaborate with Marketing and Research teams to generate quarterly creative sales marketing opportunities
• Maintain office supplies for the department, weekly travel and expenses, executive calendars, paper and electronic files, promotional giveaways, legal paperwork, and national reports and assisted with special projects
• Serve as a liaison to external vendors, including invoicing and accounts payable
Qualifications:
• 1 years of experience as an administrative assistant
• Bachelor's degree Required
• Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Professional presentation, communication (both oral and written), analytical, organizational, and relationship building skills.
• Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong follow-through on all projects; ability to bring projects to timely completion.
• Ability to operate with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment.
• Must have professional demeanor, be highly organized, detail oriented, and work well in high-pressure environment.
