This is a Full Time Job
The Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) Coordinator will support the FOX EHS Department and work closely with the EHS Business Unit leads, performing administrative duties, including but not limited to developing Emergency Action Plans for all productions, coordinating and tracking company EHS training, staying active in the invoice processing system, and assisting in the day-to-day operations of the FOX EHS Department.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work with FOX EHS and Operations to create timely Emergency Action Plans for all FOX Productions
• Oversee Legal Agreements on Monday.com or equivalent management systems
• Assist with the invites, tracking, and reminders for applicable EHS training (e.g., Lithium-Ion battery shipping)
• Assist in communicating invoice management system requirements to FOX EHS vendors and solving Accounts Payable issues, and overseeing invoices during the process (i.e., Coupa or equivalent)
• Assist with administrative responsibilities for the FOX Motor Vehicle Safety Policy vendor applications (e.g., Samba Safety and Samsara, etc.), including running reports and notifications to EHS business unit leads
• Schedule and distribute training compliance reports to the FOX Sports Operations team
• Coordinate supply orders for all EHS department leads and staff
• Develop, distribute, and track minutes during online meetings with FOX Operations, vendors, etc.
• Provide constant contact and support to the FOX EHS medical team, including staffing requests/scheduling, device needs, shipping, legal agreement tracking, invoicing, etc.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products, digital platforms, marketing research, and data
• High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
• Detailed planning, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Productive work ethic accompanied by an ever-positive, get-it-done attitude
• Sound judgment and flexibility to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time, while maintaining commitment to deadlines with little to no direction
• Excellent communication skills, especially when working with senior FOX executives
Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $25.75-28.85 per hour. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
