The Assistant, Distribution Marketing serves an admin to the Vice President Distribution Marketing, and as the department assistant for the LA-based Distribution Marketing team.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Heavy administrative support for VP, limited administrative support for LA-based directors; Includes scheduling meetings, booking travel, completing expense reports
• Support portfolio team on marketing communications including coordinating talking points, stories for e-newsletters, asset collection and uploads to B2B websites, and PowerPoint presentations
• Project support for brand and account teams, including resourcing premiums, coordinating travel for talent appearances, inputting campaigns into the media value tracker, marketing asset routings, consolidating programming grids, etc.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• Bachelor's degree
• Prior work experience; ideally in a professional environment
• Knowledge of marketing/media industry
• Highly motivated, strong attention to detail, self-motivated, flexible, and able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and team-oriented office
• Able to multi-task, prioritize, and organize high volumes of work
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
NICE TO HAVE BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER
• Knowledge of Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
Salary/Benefits
$21.00 - $27.40 /hour USD
Final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location
