Assigns and supervises work for creative services producers. Conceptualizes and produces major station campaigns and works closely with the VP Creative Services to maintain the consistency and quality of all projects. Works with management team to develop and execute strategies that enhance the experience for existing on air and digital audiences in addition to growing those audiences. Serves as backup for scheduling spots on station logs and maintaining promotion inventory. Conceptualize and create major multi-platform campaigns for news, station image and other station projects from start to finish on deadline. Daily supervision of creative services producers on topical promos and other projects. Backup support for daily topical promotion production and production coordination. This is a ''hands on'' position with a high production expectation. Works closely with station designer and graphics hub to develop and maintain a consistent station brand. 4 years' experience in television promotion production, including at least one year in a supervisory role. Expertise in DSLR video, non-linear editing, including advanced knowledge of adobe software programs. College degree required. Proven leadership skills and positive teamwork track record essential. Valid driver's license and good driving record. Provide a demo reel of work in resume/cover letter.
