Copy Coordinator

This is a Full Time Job

Assign and enter commercial materials into Wide Orbit system. Maintain the commercial database/tape library. Work with Creative Services department to produce billboards. Communicate with agencies to obtain commercial materials, instructions and billboards. Work with commercial delivery services to obtain commercials. Ability to meet deadlines and complete work assignments in a timely and accurate manner is necessary. Good verbal and written communication skills. Must be team oriented and have had past successful experience working in a team environment. Good organizational and time management skills.

Good proofreading skills, Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure. Excellent organizational skills and ability to follow direction. Detail oriented. Good communication skills. Previous Traffic experience preferred. Wide Orbit or previous Traffic system a plus. Knowledge of commercial delivery systems a plus. College education a plus but not required.
