This is a Full Time Job
FOX Sports Digital is looking for an Associate Manager of Operations to join their team in Los Angeles, CA. As the Associate Manager of Operations, you will be responsible for set up of the production schedules, including organizing equipment, supplies and staff as well as coordinating travel, personnel and shoot times with crew, talent and the production leads. Additionally, you will assist the Technical Operations team to 'wrap' each production including coordinating return of equipment, set moves with the linear broadcast team, and ensuring all necessary video/audio files are transferred to the post production team. In addition, you will operate cameras when needed, and help setup lighting, sound, and support equipment for remote productions.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Scheduling, crewing, and organizing the Fox Sports Digital Production calendar
• Creating call-sheets, equipment lists, and crew lists for all original productions
• Coordinating with the Broadcast team for Studio Scheduling, Engineering needs, and additional personnel requests
• Setup audio, lighting, and other support equipment for production when needed
• Camera Operation as needed
• Help maintain equipment including repairs and liaise with appropriate vendors
• Live On-set coordination of talent, crew, and producers
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• 1+ years + PA/Production Coordinating Experience working with 15+ person crews
• Experience in a live show environment
• Understanding of creating and keeping a production calendar and creating show bibles
• Strong understanding of production timetables, crew positions, and general equipment knowledge
• Knowledge of camera, lighting, and audio equipment
• Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Spreadsheets, and scheduling/budgeting software
• Outstanding Communication Skills
