During your shift, you'll help us create and distribute content in real time - whether that's live in the field, collaborating through Slack, or publishing directly to our digital platforms. Some days you'll team up with a reporter who shares this same fast-moving, audience-first mindset. Other days, you'll take the lead independently. You may even lend your voice to a live on-air moment or step in front of the camera to help us tell the story.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Job Requirements
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in small to medium-sized markets is preferred
• Your resume and reel should reflect a daily commitment to compelling storytelling, especially for digital platforms.
• You must be willing to work early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays as needed, and be available to travel for out-of-town assignments.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds. The position requires walking, standing, bending, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Salary/Benefits
$24.88 - $25.88 /hour USD
