Regional Digital Content Creator
Location: FOX 4 Newsroom, Dallas, TX
Job Type: Full-Time
FOX is seeking a Regional Digital Content Creator to develop and optimize digital content for three FOX-owned stations in Texas. Reporting to the Regional Digital Content Director, this role will focus on quickly producing compelling, consumer-driven content across digital and social media platforms, ensuring engagement with local communities.
Responsibilities
• Write and produce digital content, including articles, videos, graphics, live streams, and breaking news updates
• Optimize content for SEO while maintaining a strong user experience
• Manage and engage with audiences on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms
• Collaborate with FOX digital teams in Dallas, Houston, and Austin to align on strategies
• Assist newsroom teams in maintaining speed and accuracy in digital reporting
• Monitor real-time analytics and adjust content strategies accordingly
• Participate in editorial meetings and work closely with the Group Content Team for high-impact stories
Qualifications
• Experience in digital content development, optimization, and publishing
• Strong writing and storytelling skills with superior news judgment
• Proficiency in content management systems, SEO, and digital analytics tools
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in video and photo editing (Adobe products preferred)
• Strong social media expertise and ability to track engagement trends
Compensation
