Full Time Unpaid Internship
About The Department:
The FOX Sports Studio Operations department handles day-to-day production operations for live studio productions, including integration with live events. Shows include NFL on Fox, Undisputed with Skip and Shannon, Fox College Hoops, The Herd, Speak for Yourself, MLB on Fox, UFC Tonight, UFC live events, UEFA Champions League and Bundesliga soccer and many others.
Responsibilities:
Assist managers with the following duties:
• Check in stage/control room crews
• Meet with show producers and directors for show details
• Discuss technical requirements with Engineering
• Print/Assemble/Distribute all necessary paperwork
• Manage crews during live shows on stages and in control rooms
Learning Objectives:
To understand the workflow of all live production elements including; graphics, music, show rundowns, set requirements, personnel and technical preparation.
To understand each position's role in getting a production on air.
Qualifications:
• Must be at least a second year student in college and interested in Sports
To participate in Fox's Internship program you must meet the following criteria:
• Applicants must be enrolled full-time in an undergraduate or graduate degree program at an accredited university.
• Be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship by the Company.
• Housing is not provided, so please have a housing option guaranteed before applying.
