Senior Director of On-Air Promotions

FOX Sports is looking for a Senior Director, On-Air Promotions to join the team in Los Angeles, CA. The Senior Director will manage and oversee the high churn TvT workload. The Senior Director will manage the Writer/Producer in LA and the Creative Director in Charlotte, along with the work produced there.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and oversee TvT workload
• Script writing
• Spot production
• Ensure proper usage of the provided toolkits/assets
• Manage the Writer/Producer in LA, and the Creative Director in Charlotte
• Mentor and help the writer/producer grow, with the ultimate goal being a Creative Director position
• Improve the overall quality of TvT work coming out of Charlotte
• Improve career path and creative growth of the Charlotte Creative Team
• WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• Vast management experience
• Knowledge of production process - script writing, design, audio, budgeting, scheduling
• Leadership, managerial, and organizational skills
• Able to work weekends and evenings as needed, and travel to Charlotte as needed
