We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated professional to join our team as a Freelance Production and Event Coordinator. In this role, you will report to and provide support to the Operations Manager and work closely with the Sr. Director of Video Operations and content team. This includes, but is not limited to, invoice processing, vendor onboarding, production scheduling, expense tracking and budgeting, event coordination, group travel assistance, credentials, crewing and vendor management. If you are a well-organized, skilled multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, then you may be an excellent candidate for this position.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work with management in coordinating and planning remote and studio show production activities
• Organize and arrange travel and credentials for our production and social teams
• Organize studio and off-site productions with daily call sheets
• Handle purchasing of equipment for production group and individual hires
• Organize and consolidate staff and event scheduling
• Onboard vendors and talent for payment, process invoices for content group vendors and track to provide input to operations
• Develop and maintain internal and external relationships across multiple departments and work sites
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• 1-2 years of experience in production & event coordinating
• Familiarity with all aspects of production to facilitate effective communication
• Superb organizational and time management skills
• Ability to complete multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment
• Excellent written and spoken verbal communications
• Must be proactive and work with a minimum amount of supervision as well as part of a larger team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
• Must be able to navigate support systems for invoice processing, onboarding and purchasing
