Full Time Job
FOX Sports Arizona in searching for a Production Administrator to join their team. The position is responsible for assisting the Executive Producer in coordinating production elements related to all of the network's events. This include maintaining the master production schedule and weekly assignment schedule; tracking of the networks ENG requests and videographer assignments; tracking the completion of music cue sheets that are filed for each event and update the master music cue sheet log; creating agendas for production meetings; requesting, coordinating and distributing the network graphics packages for each sport; and creating PowerPoint presentations as needed for production department. Additionally, there are times when the incumbent will assist the Senior Manager of Crewing and Operations with making travel arrangements for above and below-the-line personnel.
Responsibilities
• Maintains the network's master production schedule and weekly assignment schedule, including tracking of ENG requests and videographer assignments
• Tracks the completion of music cue sheets for productions and maintenance of master cue sheet log
• Creates agendas for production meetings - taking and distributing notes as needed
• Requests, coordinates and distributes the network's graphics packages each season
• Assists the Senior Manager of Crewing and Operations with making travel arrangements for both above and below-the-line personnel
• Create Power Point presentations for production department
Qualifications:
• A Bachelor's degree is required
• A minimum of 1-2 years previous broadcast production experience is also preferred
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
• Great organizational and project coordination skills are needed
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook is required
• The ability to work flexible hours is necessary
• The ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast paced environment is essential
• Good interpersonal skills and a proven ability to work as a member of a team are necessary
• Knowledge of remote production and technical equipment is a plus
