FOX Sports is looking for a Coordinator, Programming & Logistics to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. The Coordinator, Programming & Logistics will work with two groups in the Programming & Logistics department, the FBC Operations & Scheduling team and Programming Logistics team fulfilling projects that support all FOX Sports Networks. In general, the Coordinator, Programming & Logistics participates in ratings production, program analysis, affiliate maps creation for NFL and MLB, create Nielsen Company affiliate line-ups and maintain ratings reports, including weekend duties related to live events reporting to Nielsen. The Coordinator, Programming & Logistics will also be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution of VOD for FOX Sports on the Tubi and MVPD platforms, including weekly scheduling (Planner Creation), operations log building, metadata generation, and sourcing of artwork. Additionally, the Coordinator, Programming & Logistics will support the creation, sourcing, and distribution of Series and Episodic logos, artwork, and loglines for FOX Sports linear programming. Administrative duties include generating screeners, coding invoices, supporting Copyright registrations, and tracking programming information related to delivery and business requirements.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support FOX Sports weekly operations including MLB and NFL networking map creation, creating line-ups, creation of live event reporting tools (Reporting Form, Transponder Maps)
• Coordinate with internal clients (Commercial Administration, Network Operations) and external clients (The Nielsen Company) to ensure that they understand the live sports event structure for the week
• During live events, assist sports management with research and programming related issues to include properly recording and reporting of programming events to Nielsen
• Develop, create, and implement the video-on-demand (VOD) offerings on MVPD and Tubi platforms including creation of the video logs, management of all supporting metadata and artwork, tracking all file delivery, and facilitate communication with the FOX Affiliate Distribution Group and FOX Media Operations group to coordinate final media delivery in collaboration with Manager of Programming
• Process various documents such as invoices and coding, grids, and other reports to company proprietary software and websites as materials become available
• Generate all copyright submissions for all original and studio programs on a quarterly basis
• Assist with special projects as needed including distribution deals with third-party networks and services
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• 1+ years of experience in sport television
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Outlook), Adobe Distiller
• Intermediate to advanced use and knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Superior organization skills and attention to detail
• Resourceful and quick-thinking research skills
• Basic knowledge of all the major sports
• Ability to take detailed notes and work independently using them to complete daily tasks
• Able to multitask and work effectively under changing priorities and daily time constraints
• Able to work in a suddenly fast paced environment at any given time
• Strong desire to learn the business and operations of the television sports business and be willing to put in the time to hone these characteristics
NICE TO HAVE BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER
• A college degree
• Previous experience with program scheduling software or databases
• Knowledge of sports and experience with live and delayed programming
• Understanding of the post-production process and a working knowledge of the television industry and the various functions of a network

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $22.25-30.05 per hour for California. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
