Fox News is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our New York Bureau. As the Recruiting Coordinator, you will handle all aspects of the recruiting life cycle while supporting members of the Human Resources team. A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide support to the Vice President of Talent Acquisition, Director of Talent Acquisition and the Ad Sales Talent Acquisition Manager in all aspects of the recruiting life cycle
• Support the Ad Sales and Fox News Media client groups
• Schedule phone and onsite interviews, organize travel arrangements for candidates, reserve conference rooms, and provide confirmations for the candidates
• Administer online and in-house assessments and perform data entry of candidate activities
• Review and edit job descriptions for posting.
• Process offer correspondence
• Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on application status via phone and email
• Administer background checks thru a third party vendor
• Handle ad hoc candidates' questions, as well as resolve or filter issues to the appropriate parties
• Responsible for the candidate interview experience from first contact through the interview process
• Maintain accurate reporting within our internal tools and applicant tracking systems
• Act as the liaison between hiring managers, candidates and recruiters
• Post positions to ATS and external job boards
• Act as main point of contact for candidates, agencies, and hiring managers regarding interview logistics
• Manage in-house interviews the day of to ensure that interviews stay on track
• Coordinate written feedback from interviewers and create candidate summary documents for candidate debriefs
• Assist with HR Team with projects as needed
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 1 year administration or coordination experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• A dependable team player with business maturity, enthusiasm and a positive attitude
• Flexibility in schedule to support the needs of west coast client groups
• Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills
• Email etiquette
• Ability to exercise discretion and work independently
• Strong customer service focus and attention to detail
• Previous experience or interest in HR is a plus
