JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an energetic, creative, and collaborative Recruiter to manage the full life-cycle recruitment for openings across Corporate Functions. This will include, Finance, Legal, Communications, Marketing and Human Resources. Responsibilities will focus on developing and managing quality candidate flow and successfully filling experienced-level positions. The Recruiter will maintain relationships with key hiring managers and HR business partners to ensure a smooth recruiting process, and establish a seamless and outstanding candidate experience overall.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Liaise with hiring managers to fully understand business needs and offer strategic recruiting guidance and advice
• Source candidates directly through industry networking and leveraging online recruiting tools
• Write persuasive job descriptions, market vacancies, and build a compelling employment brand
• Review resumes, interview, and conduct offer negotiation/ closing, and onboarding
• Provide continuous feedback to and communicate regularly with candidates, hiring managers and other key stakeholders
• Provide clearly written and verbal direction and guidance to Recruiting Coordinators and other supporting resources
• Partner with HR Business Partners, Immigration, Relocation, and other internal teams to leverage expertise and keep them informed of recruiting-related developments
• Remain current with and adhere to employment legislation, policies, and company guidelines
• Stay abreast of market trends affecting business areas, as well as employment trends affecting the recruiting function
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred
• 7 years of recruiting experience, including the successful recruitment of experienced professionals in an agency/search firm or corporate environment
• Experience recruiting for Corporate Functions is preferred
• Strategic thinking with the ability to execute on assignments and the aptitude to make decisions independently with limited information
• Strong relationship management and negotiation skills, a consultative approach, and the ability to influence multiple constituents without direct authority
• Familiarity with state-of-the art recruiting methodologies and sourcing strategies
• Proven behavioral interviewing skills and candidate assessment techniques
• Highly developed organization and presentation skills
• Solid experience using applicant tracking systems, Workday preferred
• Proven track record championing and facilitating the implementation of Human Resources and/or recruiting initiatives
