Audience Coordinator/ Production Assistant, The Greg Gutfeld Show

The Greg Gutfeld Show is seeking a highly-organized and enthusiastic Audience Coordinator/ Production Assistant to join our team! We are seeking a self-starting, extroverted individual to fill our studio audience with show fans each week. Our studio audience is a valuable part of the show. You, as Audience Coordinator, will be the show's ambassador who welcomes our guests with friendly, fun, and positive energy. This role is vital to the success of our show. If you enjoy interacting with Fox fans both online and in person, we want to hear from you!

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Answer and maintain all requests sent via email for show tickets in a prompt, friendly manner
• Create, organize and maintain spreadsheets of weekly audience list including contact info, and ''waiting list''
• Communicate with confirmed audience members, alerting them of arrival time and location
• Before show taping (Friday evenings) check-in audience members outside studio, escort them to the audience holding area, then to and from the studio in an enthusiastic, orderly and professional fashion
• Contribute to editorial process by submitting daily story pitches
• Assist producers by cutting vo, sots, and ordering graphics

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• A College degree in broadcast communications or related field is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, iNews, Ardome, Viz
• Ability to work Friday evenings, some weekends may be required
• Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and adapt to last-minute changes
• An extroverted, yet professional personality with a sense of humor
