The Fox Digital Account Management team is looking for an Account Coordinator within the Client Service Organization. The Account Coordinator function facilitates proposal development, campaign execution and client communication for digital campaigns. This role will work across multiple Account Management teams to support the full department across the country.
Responsibilities
• Maintains projects for multiple teams across organization as assigned by Associate Director
• Supports teams as needed by assisting with media plans, standard proposal building, and reporting
• Communicates across multiple departments within the organization to facilitate proposal creation and campaign execution
• Commands basic understanding of products and offerings in order to help provide them to clients as opportunities for purchase
• Supports the campaigns to which they are assigned, ensuring campaign accuracy and full-service from the pitch to the payment
• Works with dedicated ad operations staff to track and analyze performance data to share with clients -
• Assists in the communication between Company and existing clients as needed
• Maintains communication about client needs and requests to internal teams to help prioritize most requested opportunities -
Requirements -
• 0-2 years of experience, preferably operating in an agency Account Management like role, with responsibility for supporting campaigns and clients
• Familiarity with Digital Advertising and its interaction with Traditional Advertising
• Passionate about advertising and client services
• A keen eye towards process adherence to create a smooth workflow
• Experience with Excel and PowerPoint
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or commensurate experience
