Fox Entertainment is looking for an experienced Sr. Executive Assistant to provide high-level, administrative support to a C-Level executive. In addition to coordinating day-to-day office tasks, you will partner with the 2nd assistant to represent this executive at all times and further various, creative tasks and projects.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage heavy call volume & scheduling
• Plan extensive travel
• Coordinate meetings, calls and the appropriate agendas and materials needed
• Orchestrate logistics for event and project planning that involve, but are not limited to: research, design, copy writing, menu planning, and transportation
• Track significant dates for production, programming and talent
• Contribute creative feedback on projects, from meetings and events to shows in development
• Copywrite and edit print and speech materials
• Conduct oneself as an extension of the executive at all times, and represent the office in a manner that aligns with the executive's practiced ideals and leadership
• Develop hyperawareness of the company culture, and communicate company needs effectively
• Liaise intimately with the Sr. Staff and their teams from H.R. to Programming, Scheduling, Finance, Legal, Publicity, Marketing as well as the Corporate Team and Board
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• Bachelor's Degree and at least five years' experience in a creative agency, network, studio or production environment
• A positive, collaborative attitude and innovative mindset
• Breadth and depth of knowledge of the entertainment industry, including key players and content creators, past and present
• A pulse on past and current pop culture, as well as current events
• A knack for writing
• Proven ability to know when to take ownership versus when to delegate
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities
• A professional phone manner, good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with, tact, diplomacy and finesse
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office, Outlook, Explorer and iOS
• A demonstrated ability to work in a confidential environment and use discretion in dealing with programming and content materials.
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed
