Search for Promo/Post Production Producer (Non Creative) jobs in Century City-CA
We are looking for a rising Production Assistant or Associate Producer to join us under the Fox Entertainment banner. You will be responsible for managing online and/or audio bays on the night shift to facilitate the finishing and delivery of FOX Entertainment promos for on-air and various other platforms.
A Snapshot of Your Responsibilities
- Disseminate and prioritize workload to editors and audio mixers on a nightly basis
- Cross-reference source materials to ensure accuracy and delivery of finished promos
- Communicate with various groups when necessary to confirm that all elements required for finishing are delivered and/or accurate. These groups may include Graphics Design, creative team, technical Ops, Media Distribution, etc.
- Interact with creative teams to ensure that the offline edits are accurately referenced, audio mix expectations are met, and after-hours approvals are procured to manage overnight deliveries
- Prep and manage scripts for voiceover reads and book talent when needed; be comfortable with directing voiceover sessions and overseeing audio mixes that reflect the direction/guidance of the creative team
- Complete Aftra forms for each voiceover read and QC the audio mix of each project to ensure accuracy and quality are maintained
- Utilize online asset manager and QC final video/audio files before delivery
What You Will Need
- Must be able to work independently and multi-task effectively
- Prioritize time-sensitive workload in a fast-paced and often demanding environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Attention to detail and highly organized
- Strong Post Production experience in a Broadcast, Studio or Post House environment
- Undergraduate degree in TV Production, Broadcasting, Communications, Engineering or Business Administration preferred or equivalent
- One to three years' experience in Cable or Television Post Production
