Creative Affairs Assistant, Fox Entertainment, Los Angeles, CA.
Fox Entertainment is seeking an Assistant, Creative Affairs to support two creative executives during a period of growth for the studio. This role supports the SVP, Creative Affairs & Original Movies and the SVP, Development Original Series and Tideline Films, providing both administrative and creative assistance.
Responsibilities include overseeing all administrative duties such as intense scheduling and calendar management, managing phones, and handling expense reports. Additional support includes coordinating travel, arranging gifts, managing subscriptions, overseeing visitors and department supplies, assisting with reports and presentations, and taking on research and special projects as needed.
The role also involves performing coverage and creative reviews of materials. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, deadline-oriented, and comfortable supporting multiple executives in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, discretion, sound judgment, and the ability to balance attention to detail with a broader strategic perspective are essential.
