This position is responsible for conceiving, writing, and overseeing production of on-air promo spots for the FOX Deportes On-Air Promotions team. This position will work specifically on the creation of topical promos, menu's, ID's and other forms of On-Air work based on priority and department needs. Duties include creating concepts, planning, coordinating, and producing OAP shoots, implementing and initiating motion graphic and design elements as needed for given spots, screening footage, selecting music beds, directing voice-over talent, and overseeing audio mixes, collaborating with Operations, Editors, Graphic Artists, Sound Mixers, and PA's. He/She also will also need to work on creating original campaigns and will work closely with the Creative Manager and VP to execute his/her ideas.

This position is also responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating video shoots for Fox Deportes OAP which includes operating the camera as well as computing ratios to determine required lighting, film, shutter angles, filter factors, camera distance, depth of field and focus, angles of view, exposure, iso settings and other variables to produce desired effects as well as being able to choose best accessories and equipment for the specific task at hand, and observing set or location relating to natural or artificial conditions to determine filming and lighting requirements.

Responsibilities
• Supervise the top to bottom process of Producing on-air promo spots and presentations (write, edit, music, VO, coordinating and producing shoots, etc)
• Researching and presenting original ideas for spots & campaigns
• Operating camera for Fox Deportes OAP video shoots
• Acting as director of photography which includes framing of all shots and coordinating the placement of lights, choosing the best audio equipment depending on the situation, and setting up and lighting a green screen on occasion
• Work with VP and Creative Manager to concept new campaigns as well as provide any support for on-going projects
• Creative brainstorming sessions are attended to help develop concepts which are presented for future campaigns

Qualifications:
• Fluency in Spanish and English required (Written & Verbal)
• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, or related field
• Minimum 3-4 years of on-air promotion, advertising, filmmaking, or related business experience as well as 3 years of director of photography experience required
• Must have strong experience operating a DSLR camera, lighting, and producing shoots
• Must have great creative aspirations and interests
• Must have the ability to work as part of a team as well as be able to execute with little supervision
• Strong and solid writing talent
• Must have good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Highly creative
• Knowledge of current trends in advertising and pop-culture is a plus
• Good knowledge of popular sports, leagues, and players is a huge plus
• Must have strong experience in edit bays and knowledge of post-production process
