We are looking for a Senior Card Services Administrator to join our Accounts Payable department to oversee and manage the issuing of Purchase Cards, Corporate Amex and Visa cards for the company as well as manage the process from card issuance to termination.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Review and approve credit cards submissions from employees for Corporate Cards, Procurement Cards, Meeting Cards for Amex and Visa
• Manage all card controls, including audits, reports, reconciliations, limit increases
• Manage Workday and Travel & Expense systems; update user information in system and troubleshoot processing issues
• Review and audit expense reports
• Assist employees and executives with processing expenses
• Manage travel & expense system, including updates and trouble shooting
• Assist and support mobile cell phone requests and maintain the Admin Database with the admin team
• Assist and support subscriptions and publications
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• High School Diploma and at least three years of corporate card administration experience
• Experience using reconciliation tools such as Amex CAR
• Excellent communication skills, ability to clearly communicate with employees, outside suppliers and employees
• Excel, Word, PowerPoint, American Express and JPMorgan software experience
• Good analytical skills, excellent team work, excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task and handle changing deadlines and urgent requests
• Ability to manage various projects and meet deadlines
• System and software knowledge with the ability to understand new technical systems and requirements
