We are looking for a Pricing and Planning Manager! You assist the Senior Director on reviewing and approving all outgoing proposals with a clear focus on network goals and client initiatives. Your primary goal is to assist in the day-to-day execution of the deal approval process, identify and ensure key metrics are met as it pertains to the efficiency in revenue generation and yield management for Fox Entertainment Ad Sales. You are expected to manage high profile, high demand inventory while providing direction and guidance to Account Managers. In addition, you provide solutions and recommendations on improving yield and maximizing revenue.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
-Direct pricing on all outgoing proposals based on key metrics and historical data
-Collaborate with Account Executives and Account Managers providing resolution to deal revisions
-Collaborate with Inventory Managers to maximize revenue by maximizing inventory utilization
-Manage and provide updates on pending working business
-Build and maintain Upfront and Scatter rate cards under the direction of the Vice President/ Senior Director, Pricing and Planning
-Act as a liaison between Programming, Research, Commercial Admin, and Finance departments
-Grasp a complete understanding of Programming schedule/changes
-Ad hoc requests as needed
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
-2-3 years of Ad Sales Pricing and Revenue Management experience
-Media Math experience
-Broadcast experience is a plus
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Strong Microsoft Office skills are preferred
-Ability to take on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
-Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
-Strong interpersonal skills with ability to motivate, influence, and work collaboratively
-Collegiate degree is preferred
