Human Resources Generalist

The FOX Human Resources Department is committed to attracting, developing and retaining a top-talented and diverse workforce. We are looking for an HR Generalist to join the Technology Human Resources team. As the HR Generalist, you will focus on employee relations, performance management, compliance and the overall employee experience with HR policies and procedures. You will champion our mission, vision and core values and provide solutions to employee related matters by supporting the business and driving greater efficiency. We are building a new team out in Tempe, AZ and we're looking for the right individual to help our employees flourish!

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintain Human Resource Information System (Workday) records and compile reports from Workday
• Conduct new hire orientation
• Comply with federal and state regulations regarding employment
• Maintain all personnel files, I-9's and other confidential information
• Track and maintain checklists of new hire documents
• Attend periodic local career fairs
• Participate in building out capstone projects in partnership with local universities
• Perform other administrative/related duties as required

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• 3-4 years' Human Resources experience
• Experience with Workday or other HRIS system
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver quality service and meet established deadlines
• Experience providing all functions of Human Resources to a fast-paced and changing organization
• Strong analytical skills and a proven track record of success partnering with managers and staff
• Detail oriented and a strong sense of urgency
