The Distribution Marketing Assistant will support the distribution marketing Vice President and 3 Directors with varying levels of administrative support. This assistant position also supports the larger distribution team on varying projects and communications coordination.
Snapshot of Responsibilities
Basic Admin: Phones, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel and expense reports, setting up A/V for meetings, processing invoices and expense authorizations
Providing a support role for the marketing team, including but not limited to creating presentations and ordering premium item
What You Will Need
College Degree (preferred)
0-1 year of experience (recent college graduates with relevant internship/professional experience at a large media company, will be considered)
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (including advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to maximize efficiency
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work effectively under changing priorities and daily time constraints is required
