Full Time Job
Job Purpose
The Distribution Marketing Assistant will support the distribution marketing Vice President and 3 Directors with varying levels of administrative support. This assistant position also supports the larger distribution team on varying projects and communications coordination.
Snapshot of Responsibilities
• Basic Admin: Phones, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel and expense reports, setting up A/V for meetings, processing invoices and expense authorizations
• Providing a support role for the marketing team, including but not limited to creating presentations and ordering premium item
What You Will Need
• College Degree (preferred)
• 0-1 year of experience (recent college graduates with relevant internship/professional experience at a large media company, will be considered)
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (including advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to maximize efficiency
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under changing priorities and daily time constraints is required
