FOX Corporation is seeking a Coordinator, Distribution, to provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Distribution team in the St. Louis office. The Coordinator, Distribution will provide sales support by maintaining systems and reports, client communication, collaborating with teams in NYC and LA, travel arrangements, expense reports, general office duties, and assisting with special projects as needed.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Sales support – contract management, launch process management, account tracking, coordinate billing/breach issues, Salesforce updates, client communications via phone/email, and project management
• Administrative support – process invoices, travel arrangements, expense reports, client ticket management, and office management
• Coordinate appointments, conference calls, meetings, and special events internally and externally
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• Bachelor's degree
• 1+ years of administrative or sales support experience
• Experience handling executive travel, calendar, and other support functions
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional, team player, and skilled at creating professional relationships over the phone
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong problem solving skills and analytical skills
• Ability to travel as needed (up to 10%)

Salary/Benefits
$21.25 - $28.37 /hour USD
Final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location
