This is a Full Time Job
SNAPSHOT OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide routine, moderately complex, administrative support, to include some or all of the following:
• Serve as Front Desk Receptionist and greeter for the building
• Maintain client areas and stages
• Enter drive-on's, arrange parking for clients, and issue ID badges to clients in the building.
• Compile information, distribute mail, packages, and paychecks
• Accurately code bills for accounts payable processing, and reconcile monthly AMEX bill
• Assist with editorial room rental, furniture and phone set ups, and schedule and bill for the space accordingly.
• Provide back up and weekend coverage as needed for other office personnel
• Assist Senior Vice President, as needed
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• High School Diploma required
• At least 1 year of professional experience, ideally within media (internship experience accepted)
• Interest in post-production/editing
• Warm and welcoming demeanor
• Ability to maintain professionalism when interacting with high profile talent, directors, producers, composers, etc.
