Front Desk / Receptionist

Keep Me Posted, a FotoKem company, a leading television post-production facility in Burbank, is looking for a Front Desk/Receptionist to help support our dynamic and growing company. FotoKem provides creative and technical support to all major studios in Hollywood, and has been a respected part of the global filmmaking community since 1963. We are looking for an experienced and capable candidate who will report to the Operations Manager, and work alongside the diverse family of employees in FotoKem's film laboratory, digital services departments and audio houses.

Essential Functions
• Answering phones. Transferring to the appropriate party.
• Signing in and directing clients and providing them with WiFi access.
• Must be detail oriented and well organized.
• Stocking employee lounge with paper plates, plastic utensils, sugars, and creamers.
• Administers the touchless Wellness Check-in for guests and employees as they enter the facility.
• Data entry will be assigned.
• Must reconcile work orders and enter data into different software.

Other Duties and Responsibilities
• Possible weekend work coverage / opportunity for overtime.
• Possible assistance given to marketing department, on as needed basis.
