Executive Assistant, Forward Artist Management

Job Overview
Forward Artist Management is looking for a detail-oriented, efficient individual for an assistant position to work directly under the President and GM. The right candidate will have general knowledge of various facets of the music industry and be able to multi-task at a high level. Excellent oral and written communication skills are crucial, as well as the ability to work mindfully within a team-driven atmosphere. A strong passion for music is a must!
Responsibilities and Duties
• Manage staff and client calendars, schedule meetings, arrange conference calls and travel, coordinate meetings, order supplies, screen visitors, receive mail and answer phones
• You will take meeting minutes and distribute action items
• You will handle various independent projects assigned by upper management
• You will select and approve all ongoing vendors such as florists, caterers, and gift services, which includes courtesy and condolence items for employees and clients
• You will, when necessary, supervise construction, carpentry and electrical technicians
Qualifications
• The number one qualification for this job is an impeccable, detailed-oriented work ethic
• Minimum of (1) year of administrative support experience
• Strong proficiency in computer software applications (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel,
Google Calendar, etc.
• Strong command of oral and written communication skills
• Detail oriented, organized, punctual and accurate
• Ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality
• Must be comfortable interacting with all levels of management and clients
• Must possess ability to act competently while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor
