Digital Coordinator // Forward Artist Management
Reports To Digital Marketing Manager & Senior Day to Day Manager
Job Overview
Forward Artist Management is looking for a detail-oriented, efficient individual to join our team as a digital coordinator. This role will primarily report to the Digital Marketing Manager but will also report to and assist the Day to Day Managers on our team with logistics and tasks.
We're looking for an individual with prior music industry experience and knowledge. Interest in pursuing a long term career in artist management is preferred. Must be able to multitask at a high level and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills are crucial, as well as the ability to work mindfully within a team-driven atmosphere. A strong passion for music is a must!
Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
- Assisting Day to Day Managers with various tasks such as merch designs and manufacturing processes, overseeing tour logistics, etc.
- Assist in updating client calendars, tour calendars and release schedules.
- Editing digital assets.
- Creating short-form video content for social media.
- Researching photographers/videographers for potential projects.
- Researching current music marketing trends.
- Advising on social content calendars.
- Managing office needs (coordinating with technicians, contractors, cleaners; providing office snacks; watering plants; etc.) and general
assistance where needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of (1) year of music industry experience.
- Basic Photoshop experience.
- Basic video editing experience.
- Strong proficiency in computer software applications (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Google Calendar, etc.).
- Detail oriented, organized, punctual and accurate.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.
- Must be comfortable interacting with all levels of management and clients.
- Must possess the ability to act competently while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
