Fortitude International is a boutique independent film company, which specializes in foreign sales, production and film finance. We are looking for a sales assistant/coordinator who would be predominately working remotely to assist with the following tasks and more:
-Administrative duties
-International travel to film markets such as Cannes, EFM, TIFF, AFM
-Manage daily schedule for the company's founder
-Manage market schedules for founder and VP
-Invoicing and follow up
-Assisting with cast lists/talent avails
-Rolling calls
-Updating website/market materials
-Liaising with lab to assist with intl deliveries
Some experience in the Film/TV industry is preferred. Must have a ''no task to small'' mentality and a great sense of humor. Ideal candidate would be ambitious and want to grow with the company. Organization and efficiency are a must.
