About the Internship
As an intern, you’ll have the chance to:
• Work directly with each department (Film/TV, Commercial, and Voiceover) to understand how different areas of representation operate.
• Shadow agents to learn about client management, submissions, and casting breakdowns.
• Attend internal meetings and observe how agents collaborate to support their clients’ careers.
• Assist with projects tailored to both department needs and your personal learning goals—ranging from research and organizational projects to creative initiatives.
• This internship provides an in-depth look at how a talent agency functions day-to-day, and is an excellent fit for students interested in entertainment, communications, business, or media-related fields.
Qualifications
• Must be able to receive college credit for the internship (unpaid).
• Strong interest in the entertainment industry—especially talent representation, casting, or production.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
• Comfortable handling confidential information with professionalism.
• Proficient in basic computer programs (Microsoft Office).
