General Manager Christmas concerts NYC and future
Interviewing General Managers for (3) upcoming concerts in Little Italy. DEC 11 matinee and DEC 18 - matinee and evening. This show has been running 18 years under the auspices of our LLC and our non-profit in major theaters in NYC and in CA. We provide performance opportunities for children and young people, donate tickets to Veterans and donate funds from the proceeds to children's causes such as St. Jude's.
This position can be on-going as our company produces several concert/events throughout the year. We need an enthusiastic, hard-working team member who has a keen eye and attention to detail, to oversee all front of house issues including box office. When we are not producing in theaters such as Carnegie Hall but in venues w/o a box office, we have challenges at the front door. We are looking for someone who can help us in that area as well.
We have a stage manager who can carry out direction from our general manager.
Since these particular concerts are not at a high-profile venue such as Carnegie Hall, this can be a good entry-level opportunity for the right person.
Looking forward to receiving your resume and interviewing for this opportunity and also, possibly, to add you to our team for future events.
