Branding Coordinator is responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to provide support in all client and company matters. Unique opportunity to get exposure to a broad understanding of the celebrity & influencer branding world and the representation business and work in a hands on environment. Coordinator will also be able to learn about the entertainment industry in general and interact with clients, managers, lawyers, brands, ad agencies, PR agencies etc. Possibility of fast-tracked promotion to Jr Agent for a top performer within 1-2 years.
The ideal candidate will be a masterful problem-solver, an organizational force, a self-starter, detail-oriented, have excellent interpersonal skills and a great attitude. Entertainment experience at least 2 years+ at a talent agency, management company, advertising/marketing agency or related field required and knowledge/interest in digital influencers a plus. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a high level of discretion, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with top-tier talent and gain invaluable experience in the celebrity branding industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and revise pitches, correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
• Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for consideration and presentation by executives.
• Assist in the preparation of executive-level presentations and materials for meetings.
• Coordinate and manage special projects as assigned, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
• Managing and assisting in hiring interns.
• Onboard and updating client marketing materials.
• Maintain and update company databases.
• Potential for involvement in entrepreneurial new business and brand building opportunities
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience and/or interest in celebrity & influencer branding a plus.
• Must be a self-starter, resourceful, strong work ethic, highly organized, ambitious, great multi-tasker, enthusiastic & positive with a great attitude, a team player.
• Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle varied personalities and sensitive situations. Must be able to multi-task and prioritize between a range of tasks at all times.
• Work requires excellent attention to detail, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of computer literacy. Must be Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook) as well as Google Workspace (including Docs, Slides, Sheets).
• Experience with Canva and Airtable a plus.
• A natural problem-solver with strong tech skills and curiosity to learn emerging tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing demands.
• High level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
