Intern - Film and Publishing

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

Intern needed for a literary consulting and film production company. Intern responsibilities will include reading and providing coverage on materials (manuscripts, articles, plays) for film, helping to maintain database submissions, and tracking relevant film and publishing news. Intern should also be prepared to take on administrative duties as needed (copying, phones, fax, occasional errands, etc). This is a small office and offers excellent hands-on experience for those looking to gain insight into both the film and publishing industry here in New York. Candidates do not need to be film or English majors, but this internship does require a significant amount of reading both in the office and on the intern’s own time so only serious candidates with an interest in the film or publishing industries should apply.
