First Media is looking for a Production Coordinator to help with a variety of projects the company has upcoming. We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, able to manage priorities between multiple projects, and who is comfortable with scheduling, planning, and managing spreadsheets and calendars. We have a fairly heavy production schedule and need someone who will be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with the Slack and the Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Calendar) is critical, if you've worked with Monday.com before that is a bonus as well. We're looking for someone who can work with our team to streamline the current process and build and maintain spreadsheets and production documents to keep us all organized as we work.
Day-to day duties:
Manage day to day workflows between internal teams to execute creative concepts into deliverables
Ensure projects stay on track by coordinating the campaign goals, deliverables, schedules, estimates and budgets
Prepare and maintain task lists, calendars, issue tracking, status reports, and meeting notes
Support in defining project vision and managing expectations by engaging in brainstorming sessions for overall content creative
Communicate project issues and resolutions
Our ideal candidate would have:
Superb organizational skills and time management
Bachelor's degree in film, communications, marketing, management or related field
Minimum 1 year of experience as a production coordinator
Minimum 3 years of film or digital media production experience
Familiarity with all aspects of production to facilitate effective communication
Ability to complete multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment
Capable of meeting deadlines and working with daily time constraints
Talent for anticipating needs
Requirements:
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
1+ years of work experience working with multiple teams and deliverables to maintain budget and timeline
Proven track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, maintaining organization, strong attention to detail, and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Exceptional writing, communication and presentation skills
Team player, strong people skills and ability to engage on all levels of the organization
Deep understanding of the creator online video landscape and digital media creative and development
