FIMI Group is seeking an ambitious, detail-oriented intern to work alongside our talent management team, assisting with social media and graphic design. The Social Media / Graphic Design intern will learn about artist management, tour marketing, and branding in the music industry, and be exposed to day to day operations of artist management - gaining hands-on real-world industry experience.
Qualifications:
Intern should have ample knowledge and interest in the music industry and pop culture, specifically Electronic/Dance Music a plus
Candidate should have a keen eye for rising social media trends, technology platforms, and fan engagement initiatives across social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Discord
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office / Google Suite
Strong design skills
Strong creative ideation
Video editing skills are a big plus
Collaborative and team-oriented
A self-starter with high energy who is able to initiate projects and see them through to completion
Thrives in a fast paced work environment
Responsibilities:
Ideating and creating web assets and social content (video, photo, audio) for client roster
Contributing to the design of touring and record art
Creating engaging EPKs and one sheets
Coming up with creative ideas for artists' socials
Video editing
Creating release assets (tracklists, social cutdowns, visualizers, etc.)
Interact with and engage with audiences and fans to increase online presence
Identify assets and writing copy for social posts
Creating engaging content to recap and market live shows
Requirements:
Must be able to receive college credit
LA-based candidates strongly preferred
Hours: Average 10-15 hours per week. Duration based on school requirements.
