Intern - Sales

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

Internship Start Date/Season: June 1st
Internship Duration: 8 weeks
Time/Days Required: 3 days a week for 8 hours
Workplace Requirements: Interns must be able to commit 3 days per week. The position is mostly remote but we sometimes require interns to come into our office in Los Angeles.

Film Mode Entertainment, an active boutique entertainment company focusing on Worldwide Sales and Distribution is looking for a sales intern. Interns are an integral part of the company with opportunities for a range of hands-on contribution, including but are not limited to: film market preparation, market research, data entry, website updates, creating & distributing marketing campaigns, infrequent errand runs, and help keeping the office space tidy.

This is an unpaid, educational internship ideal for candidates looking to understand how their sales, marketing or entertainment experience can be applied in the world of film sales and distribution. Student internship credit is available, however, it is the student's responsibility to organize this with their school.

Required Qualifications:
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Google Drive/ Docs/ Sheets/ Slides
• Experience with Story Analysis/ Film Analysis
• Strong writing skills
• Positive Attitude

Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiar with story analysis
• Previous sales/trade show/convention/event/production experience, a plus
• Foreign Language, a plus
