Fall Intern - Sales

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

Internship Start Date/Season: September 2023
Internship Duration: 3 months
Time/Days Required: 3 full days a week but flexible.

Film Mode Entertainment, an active boutique entertainment company focusing on Worldwide Sales and Distribution is looking for a sales intern. Interns are an integral part of the company with opportunities for a range of hands-on contribution, including but are not limited to: film market preparation, market research, data entry, website updates, creating & distributing marketing campaigns.

This is an unpaid, educational internship ideal for candidates looking to understand how their sales, marketing or entertainment experience can be applied in the world of film sales and distribution. Student internship credit is available; however, it is the student's responsibility to organize this with their school.

Interns must be able to commit 3 days per week. The position is mostly remote, but potential opportunities to come into person if LA-based.

Required Qualifications:
· Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
· Knowledge of Google Drive/ Docs/ Sheets/ Slides
· Experience with Story Analysis/ Film Analysis
· Strong writing skills
· Positive Attitude

Preferred Qualifications:
· Familiar with story analysis
· Previous sales/trade show/convention/event/production experience, a plus
· Foreign Language, a plus
