The Role
We are seeking motivated freelance sales professionals to help us grow our festival by securing team registrations. This is a remote, flexible role where you work on your own schedule and earn for every result you deliver. We will deliver leads
Compensation
Project-based pay: Earn $150 per confirmed team registration.
Performance bonuses: Additional bonuses for every 5 registrations closed.
Unlimited earning potential - the more teams you bring in, the more you earn.
Responsibilities
Outreach to filmmakers, film students, production teams, actors, and creators.
Promote and secure registrations for our upcoming Los Angeles festival.
Use your own network, social platforms, and direct outreach.
Report activity weekly - you are your own boss.
What We're Looking For
Hustlers and self-starters who know how to close.
Sales experience (any industry), but especially valuable if you have connections in entertainment, media, or events.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
