JOB TITLE: INTERN
RESPONSIBILITIES: Intern responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
• Grant and Sponsorship research
• Assisting the team with gathering analytics on FilAm Creative's past events, programs, and social media, for its annual report to grant organizations and sponsors
• Assisting the team for ideas on future programs, events, podcasts, etc.
• Providing administrative support
• Assisting producers with pre-production, production, post-production work as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
• Passion and focus on nonprofits, events, film festivals, educational programs, filmmaking/television, and the entertainment industry
• Passion for diversity, equity, inclusion
• Experience in basic office programs (i.e. miscrosoft word, excel, googledoc, googlespreadsheet, canva)
• Patience, the ability to multitask, willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
LOCATION: mainly remote but there will be some meetings and events in Los Angeles so we are hiring one remote intern and one intern that is based in Los Angeles.
JOB TYPE: Internship
START DATE//END DATE: Monday, July 20, 2026 to Friday, January 15, 2027
We prefer a commitment of two days per week, however, we do accommodate schedules and school requirements.
