Spring Intern - Nonprofit Support

This is a Freelance Unpaid Internship

JOB TITLE: INTERN

RESPONSIBILITIES: Intern responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
• Grant and Sponsorship research
• Assisting the team with gathering analytics on FilAm Creative's past events, programs, and social media, for its annual report to grant organizations and sponsors
• Assisting the team for ideas on future programs, events, podcasts, etc.
• Providing administrative support
• Assisting producers with pre-production, production, post-production work as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
• Passion and focus on nonprofits, events, educational programs, filmmaking/television, and the entertainment industry
• Passion for diversity, equity, inclusion
• Experience in basic office programs (i.e. miscrosoft word, excel, googledoc, googlespreadsheet, canva)
• Patience, the ability to multitask, willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

LOCATION: mainly remote but there will be some meetings and events in Los Angeles so we are hiring one remote intern and one intern that is based in Los Angeles.

START DATE//END DATE: Monday, January 12, 2026 to Friday, May 29, 2026

However, we do accommodate school requirements if the dates need to be extended.

We prefer a commitment of two days per week, however, we do accommodate schedules and school requirements.

Estimated hiring dates:

Interviews Dec 8-11;
Notifications Dec 15, 2025.
Internship: Monday, January 12, 2026 to Friday, May 29, 2026
